Husband Cohabitating
We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any more. He said he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a big quantity of funds out of their joint bank account which he said he necessary to set himself up in a new location to live.
Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have one more woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could support as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was an additional woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just following he had left our client.
We had been able to supply our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
